By booking or using Purus Detailing services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and Purus Mobile Detailing (“Contractor”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours notice: No fee
- 24-48 hours notice: $80 fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: $150 fee
- No call/No show: Full service amount charged up to $250
- Client not present or vehicle unable to be detailed upon arrival: Full service amount charged up to $250
- Purus Mobile Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule based on staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. Gift certificate appointments follow the same cancellation policy.
- If there is any vomit, species, blood etc in the vehicle then we have the right to deny service at any point, if we don't deny service then there is a automatic $250 additional mandatory charge on top of the service you requested and if it is not notified to us before we get on site with the vehicle then if we choose to deny service you will be charged a $150 cancellation penalty fee for wasting our employees time.
Late Arrival
Purus Mobile Detailing reserves the right to arrive up to 120 minutes late. Sometimes job schedules are tight and we may need to push your appointment back a bit. Traffic can also have an impact on arrival times. We ask that you be patient with our arrival.
Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality
When booking our services, you agree to provide Purus Mobile Detailing personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform auto-related services such as detailing, ceramic coating, wrap, PPF, wet sanding, Polishing and other cosmetic enhancement services. Purus Mobile Detailing endeavors to perform services to a high standard, aiming for a clean, damage-free exterior and spotless interior. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion. Purus Mobile Detailing is not liable for concerns raised thereafter or if you do not participate in the final inspection.
Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation Of Liability
Purus Mobile Detailing will document pre-existing damage but is not liable for pre-existing conditions. If damage occurs under Purus Mobile Detailing care, you will be notified. Purus Mobile Detailing provides no guarantees or warranties. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Purus Mobile Detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Fees, Service Terms & Payment
The fee for our services is the “Total Cost” indicated when you book online/on the phone/ or in person. If the job exceeds the estimate by over 20%, additional fees will be confirmed with you. Payment is due upon completion via Credit Card, Debit, or Cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid. You agree to pay Purus Mobile Detailing collection costs if applicable.
Safety
You must disclose any harmful substances in the vehicle prior to detailing. You are responsible for any health/safety issues arising from your vehicle.
Access Requirements
In the event that our equipment fails (Generator/Water Pump) you must provide access to water and electricity for mobile detailing services. Failure to do so results in a $100 cancellation fee, if not able to be moved to a different day.
I Understand That
- Purus Mobile Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our work.
- Your payment to Purus Mobile Detailing is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.
- Purus Mobile Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
- If the job takes 20% longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra dirty fee totaling $50 per every half hour on top of the total cost at the discretion of Purus Mobile Detailing employees (We will ask you before proceeding with extra charge).
- If there is any vomit, species, blood etc in the vehicle then we have the right to deny service at any point, if we do accept then there is a automatic $250 additional charge on top of the service you requested and if it is not notified to us before we get on site with the vehicle then if we choose to deny service you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee for wasting our employees time.
- All Sales Are Final.
Feedback, Termination & Governing Law
We welcome your feedback at matthew@purusdetailing.com. By booking our services, you agree that Purus Mobile Detailing may use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless you object in writing. This agreement is governed by STATE law.
By booking and using Purus Mobile Detailing services, you certify that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner and are 18+ years of age. You agree to indemnify and hold Purus Mobile Detailing harmless from any claims or damages arising from your lack of authority to enter into this agreement.
Purus Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Terms of Service will be listed in this section, Purus Mobile Detailing does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale are part Purus Mobile Detailing Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service.When you book online, in person or via phone with Purus Mobile Detailing, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. Purus Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with your car detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/Credit cards shall be processed by Square or any other platform we are using at that time. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure. Purus Mobile Detailing reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $50 (or proportion there of) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking at the discretion of Purus Mobile Detailing . A minimum $250 surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Purus Mobile Detailing accepts cash, debit and, Credit Card. Any Card Declined will lead Purus Mobile Detailing to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Purus Mobile Detailing will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s Credit Card refused.
Packages
Prices and wash packages contents are subject to change at Purus Mobile Detailing discretion at anytime; all such changes will be reflected on our website (Purusdetailing.com)
Satisfaction Policy
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (000-000-0000), email (matthew@purusdetailing.com), or text message (000-000-0000). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed to (matthew@purusdetailing.com) within 24 hours of the claim being made.
Coupon & Referral Policy
Purus Mobile Detailing may offer a referral program which enables you to earn discounts redeemable for Purus Mobile Detailing services by sharing a unique referral link provided to you by Purus Mobile Detailing (“Referral Link”) or Word with your friends. Note that combining multiple discounts at once is not possible. To qualify for Discounts, the referred customer must be a new customer of Purus Mobile Detailing and use your Referral Link or word to sign up for the Services. You may not collect referrals by:
♦ self-referring by using multiple or false names, identities, accounts or email addresses;
♦ referring anyone who is an existing Purus Mobile Detailing customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address;
♦ using spam or sending unsolicited emails to persons they don’t personally know to collect referrals, or otherwise violating any applicable law, rule, regulation or third party terms of use;
♦ posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites or other online venues;
♦ permitting another individual to use the referring customer’s account;
♦ referring fake people to Purus Mobile Detailing, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing Purus Mobile Detailing with false or misleading information;
♦ using the Referral Link in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays Purus Mobile Detailing in a negative light; or
♦ referring customers in violation of any other restriction we impose on participants in our referral program in our discretion upon prior notice.
♦ If Purus Mobile Detailing determines in its sole discretion that there has been a violation of these terms, Purus Mobile Detailing reserves the right to cancel or rescind any accrued credits and/or determine that either or both the referred customer and referring customer are ineligible to participate in this or future offers. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Purus Mobile Detailing reserves the right to void, verify or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to Purus Mobile Detailing, LLC web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Athens, Georgia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Website.
